Meet Sophie, a family loved cat, who spends some time each day at her favourite window watching the day go by. It's winter now and bitterly cold with lots of blowing snow. Each day seems much like the one before.
But one day, without warning, something out of the ordinary happened. It started with a flash of orange streaking across the front yard first in one direction and then the other before stopping in a cloud of snow. Once the snow settled sitting at the edge of the garden was a handsome Red Fox.
Why was a wild fox here? How long would it stay? Was it lost? All sorts of questions came to mind but for the moment Sophie was as curious as ever.
